Deliveries are 6hrs for residentials and run from 6am to 11am on the beginning day of your booking and picked up at 5pm on end day of booking. We have all residential deliveries up and ready to go by 11am morning of event. If needing later pickup time than 5pm you will either need to add overnight or multiple day rental. Commercial addresses, Churches, Schools, parks, etc... We understand you have specific time frames you have to be in and out especially if indoors so please contact us directly to work out specific delivery details of your event.
Customer pickup option customers: If choosing to do customer pickup option to do the work yourself, save money and receive the equipment for less than a 1-day delivery price you are agreeing to pick up, setup, cleanup, break down and return the equipment yourself at designated times. When reserving for the customer pickup option select the Friday interested in on the booking calendar, check multiple day, choose Sunday for end date, then for zipcode choice select customer pickup to ensure no delivery fees added. On the next page fill out all the booking info, during the booking process you see a line that asks, (Do you have a coupon code? Enter it here) this is where you enter the coupon code: customer pickup
Once the code entered you will see your total change to the discounted price for customer pickup option. Keep in mind the customer pickup time frame is not same as delivery. You pick up your equipment Friday 4pm to 6pm and return Sunday 4pm to 6pm at our location 9917 Dayton Pike Soddy Daisy, TN 37379 These are the only time frames we have attendants there for customer pickup customers. You must have truck or trailer when picking up your equipment if reserving an inflatable.
