I have rented from other inflatable companies in the past and their inflatables were nasty. What is the difference between Running Wild Inflatables and them?
All though we can't speak for other companies we can tell you that your inflatable rental experience with Running Wild Inflatables will be a whole lot different. 1) Unlike many other companies we do not double book our inflatables in the same day which give us the proper time to clean and sanitize our inflatables before they go to their next event 2) Alot of companies in the party rental industry does not try to acquire the proper facilities or equipment to properly clean, sanitize or maintain their equipment due to inflating their overhead costs which turns less profits for them. Alot have their equipment stored in a storage unit, storage shed or garage. How and where are they cleaning and sanitizing their inflatables between rentals? Most are more worried about flipping the units to the very next job with minimal labor if any in cleaning to maximize profits. Here at Running Wild Inflatables our location was chosen for the very reasons of access and cleaning. Large hard surface lot for cleaning inflatables outside and when weather turns bad our building is large enough and has a high enough ceiling height to still continue properly clean and sanitize our inflatables indoors.

Do you delivery and how far?
Yes, for your convenance and choices we offer delivery and customer pickup option on select items. Our inflatable rental delivery service includes Soddy Daisy, Hixson, Dunlap, Graysville, Dayton, North Chattanooga, Redbank, Ooltewah, Signal Mountain TN as well as further out are such as Lookout Valley TN and Ringgold GA. Of course delivery charges and minimum order limits for further out deliveries vary.
When do I pay for my rental?
When booking online or off there is a minimal payment due of $50.00 to book, reserve and lock your equipment in for date or dates selected. This is subtracted from your total and remaining balance will be due before delivery or at the time of delivery. The minimal payment is nonrefundable but is transferable under certain conditions. How long do I get to keep my rental for and what time does it get delivered?
Our residential deliveries run from 6am to 11am the morning of your event. We try to have all residential customers up and running by 11am. We return to break down and pick up the equipment same day starting at 5pm unless you have added overnight or additional day. Churches, Schools, commercial addresses we understand you have select time frames that you have the facilities for, so we try to work with your schedule as closely as possible depending on daily demand.
Do you give refunds?
No once your equipment is delivered and set up no refunds for any reason will be given. Rain, shine, party canceled. no one showed. No matter the reason the labor, truck and equipment is already used and out once it leaves our warehouse
What forms of payment do you accept?
Cah, credit, debit or PayPal.
Does the inflatable have to be set up on grass?
Our inflatable can be set up on grass, cement, asphalt or indoor hard surfaces. We will not set up on dirt, sand, loose objects, debris or gravel.
